we reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and without notice to you. any such change will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on our website. your statutory rights will not be affected.

these terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by the laws of england and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the english courts. we are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in english only and that no public filing requirements apply.

every effort is made to describe items accurately, but slight variations may occur. all sizes and measurements are approximate and colour rendition and display are as close as publishing and display technology allows.

order process

we aim to keep the order process at quirkycollective.com clear, simple and easy to use.

browse through the store at your leisure. once you are ready to purchase an item, simply add it to your shopping basket. when you are happy with your selection and wish to proceed with your payment click on the checkout button and follow the instructions.

upon receipt of your order, we will send an email to the email address, which you have provided at the time of placing your order to confirm your order. this will include your order number, details of the goods ordered. please note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

a separate email will be sent to you once payment has been taken from your credit or debit card and that all items ordered are ready for dispatch. this will form the basis of a contract between you and quirkycollective.com.

all orders made by you through quirkycollective.com are subject to acceptance by us. we reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances. we must receive full payment before we can accept it as an order. your order will only be accepted by us when we send you an email advising that your products are ready for dispatch.

we reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any time. we will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any goods from the website. all products are subject to availability. if items that you have ordered are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that stated on your order, we will contact you by email and offer you the option to order a substitute product or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy. where a product is not available and we cannot contact you, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. we will not supply alternative goods without your express authority.

if you order goods from our website for delivery outside the uk, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. you will be solely responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. we will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws. please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

returns

you can at any time within 14 days of receiving goods from us, return any goods you are not completely happy with. the items must be returned to us intact and undamaged as soon as reasonably possible. all items must be returned in a new, unworn condition with their original tags still attached. quirky collective will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. in such cases, the item will be returned at a cost to the customer.

to make a return please follow the returns procedure below:

please contact us stating the reason for the return and whether you would like us to exchange your item or to arrange a refund. we will then send you an email with a return merchandise authorisation (rma) number.

ensure your item is in a securely wrapped parcel with a copy of your rma email from us.

we would ask that you use a tracked service (recorded signed for, special delivery, etc…) to return your item and retain your proof of postage until your return is processed. we will not be held liable for goods that are lost in transit.

if you require a refund, we will, on receipt of the returned item, credit the original payment card used for the order with the price paid for the item returned to us. original delivery costs will not be refunded. refunds will be made within 28 days of the date we receive your returned item. please note that returns without a valid rma number will be automatically refused. we retain the right to approve a returned item for an exchange or refund at our discretion. please note postage costs will apply for exchanges.

all items sold on quirkycollective.com come from top quality brands and we are confident that you will be pleased with any item that you purchase. however, in the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can replace or repair your item.

cancellation

in addition to our returns policy, you may cancel your purchase within 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt).

please contact us advising us that you wish to cancel your purchase. return the relevant item in a new, unworn condition with its original tags still attached along with a copy of the dispatch note emailed to you at the time of your order.

if you wish to cancel an order before it has been sent, please contact us.
