delivery + returns
quirky collective is committed to offering top quality service and we aim to send out all orders on the day that they are placed provided that they are placed by 1pm GMT, subject to payment, stock availability and orders volume. please ensure that your shipping address details are correct when submitting your order as we cannot be held responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you. items dispatched to countries outside of the eu may be subject to import duty and taxes when they reach your country. you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. please note that delays can occur in customs, which are beyond our control. you should contact your local customs office for further information. mainland uk all deliveries will require a signature. uk express delivery (1-3 working days)
europe (including ireland) all deliveries will require a signature. standard european delivery (3-10 working days)

returns you can at any time within 14 days of receiving goods from us, return any goods you are not completely happy with. the items must be returned to us intact and undamaged as soon as reasonably possible. all items must be returned in a new, unworn condition with their original tags still attached. quirky collective will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. in such cases, the item will be returned at a cost to the customer. to make a return please follow the returns procedure below: please contact us stating the reason for the return and whether you would like us to exchange your item or to arrange a refund. we will then send you an email with a return merchandise authorisation (rma) number. ensure your item is in a securely wrapped parcel with a copy of your rma email from us. take the parcel (with rma email enclosed) to the post office and return to: quirky collective ltd
we would ask that you use a tracked service (recorded signed for, special delivery, etc…) to return your item and retain your proof of postage until your return is processed. we will not be held liable for goods that are lost in transit. if you require a refund, we will, on receipt of the returned item, credit the original payment card used for the order with the price paid for the item returned to us. original delivery costs will not be refunded. refunds will be made within 28 days of the date we receive your returned item. please note that returns without a valid rma number will be automatically refused. we retain the right to approve a returned item for an exchange or refund at our discretion. please note postage costs will apply for exchanges. all items sold on quirkycollective.com come from top quality brands and we are confident that you will be pleased with any item that you purchase. however, in the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can replace or repair your item. cancellation you may cancel your purchase within 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt). please contact us advising us that you wish to cancel your purchase. return the relevant item in a new, unworn condition with its original tags still attached along with a copy of the dispatch note emailed to you at the time of your order to: quirky collective ltd,
